Get Ready for the Season: Sports Physicals at Platte Valley Clinic

It’s almost that time again! If your child plans to participate in Carbon County School District 2 sports this coming school year, they’ll need an updated sports physical on file.

To help families check this important item off their list, Platte Valley Clinic will be offering walk-in sports physicals on Wednesday, August 6 and Thursday, August 7, from 4:00–6:00 PM each day.

Each physical costs just $25 and typically takes about 15–20 minutes to complete.

Our caring providers are here to help your student-athletes start the season strong and stay safe on the field, court, or track. We’ve proudly hosted these school physicals year after year and are happy to continue the tradition.
