School sports physicals will be available at the Platte Valley Clinic on Wednesday, July 31st from 4 – 6 p.m. for a $25 donation – all proceeds support CCSD2 sports programs.

No appointment is necessary on July 31st from 4 – 6 p.m. – Patients are encouraged to come early.

If you are unable to attend on July 31st, you can make an appointment for a $25 school sports physical at the Platte Valley Clinic any time during regular business hours through August 16th – when you are making an appointment, please specify that it is for a $25 school sports physical.

All proceeds from these school sports physical appointments will also support CCSD2 sports programs.
