What is the Patient Portal?
Patients can login to the Patient Portal on a web browser or by downloading the app to a smartphone or tablet. Once logged in, a patient can check on lab/imaging results or send a note to their provider.
This is new patient portal for all Platte Valley Clinic and NPVMC patients. If you have not created a new account after November 1, 2023, please visit the front desk or call us at (307) 326-3169 Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. to set up a new patient portal account.
